FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Which camp should I register my kid for?
All camps are based on grade level for the 2026-2027 school year. Please register your child according to the grade they will go into in the fall of 2026.
Why is the price of camp lower than the cost?
Due to the generosity of people at ECC, we're able to offer camps at a significantly lower price than what they cost to put on. We are so grateful for the generosity than makes camp more accessible for families!
Can I get help paying for camp?
We never want money to be the reason someone can't attend camp. If you need assistance, please contact the kids or youth minister at your campus.
What should I do if my kid needs medication for an overnight camp?
There will be a med station for you to check in all medications on the first day of camp at check in. Please bring prescriptions in the bottle with instructions. Any over the counter medications should be packed in a bag with only the dosage needed for the week. We will have a nurse from ECC at camp to administer all medications and medical needs to students.
Can I attend as a parent?
We need over 500 volunteers to make VBS (our PreK-5th grade day camp) happen across every campus. We would love to get you involved! Sign up to serve at the campus your child is attending here→

We have much more limited space at MIX (middle school camp) and MOVE (high school camp), and so we give first priority to the dedicated leaders who volunteer every week in our youth ministry. We do bring a team of volunteers to work in the kitchen at middle school camp, and we would love to talk with you about getting involved! Please reach out to the youth minister at your campus to learn more.
Where can I find more info?
Follow the links above for more info on each camp. If you have any other questions, please reach out to the kids or youth minister at your campus, and we would love to get you all of the information you need.
