Internship & Residency

Preparing you for a career in ministry

ECC's Internship and Residency programs will help you explore your call to vocational ministry.

The internship offers practical, hands-on experience over a flexible 3-8 month period, focusing on developing core ministry skills.

The residency program, lasting one year (with optional extensions), provides a structured pathway for recent graduates and professionals to grow through specialized tracks, including earning a master's degree or gaining career-ready experience in ministry.
